Job description for HRGA Internship at Toffeedev
Responsibilities:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment process
- Supporting HR administration and employees data recapitulation
- Handle & Organized LMS (Learning Management System)
- Assist General Affairs (GA) activities, including asset management, inventory, office facilities, and maintenance coordination
- Create simple employer branding
Requirements
- Final-year student (without active classes) or Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Detail oriented, neat, and good at handling administration
- Can operate Ms. Office/Google Workspace
- Strong at communication especially when handling a vendor
- Have experience using Canva or Capcut will be a plus
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in West Jakarta.
