Job description for HRGA Intern at PT. Infiniti Energi Indonesia
🔹 What You’ll Do :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Develop HR systems, policies, SOPs, job grading, and KPI frameworks
- Manage employee relations, performance, compliance, and HR administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, GA activities, vendor management, and company assets
- Handle corporate legal documentation & vendor registration
- Maintain and organize HR, corporate, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely updates
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and filing HSSE-related records, reports, permits, certifications, and compliance documents
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and operational excellence
🔹 What We’re Looking For :
- Final year student or fresh graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field
- 0–1 years of HR & GA experience
- Strong understanding of labor law, BPJS, contracts, and HR compliance
- Familiarity with HSSE documentation management and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Location: BSD, Tangerang Selatan (Full WFO)
Minimum duration: 4 months
