About the Role
We are a growing IoT company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRGA Staff to support daily human resources and general affairs operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth internal processes and building a structured, professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
- Manage employee administration (contracts, attendance, leave records, employee data).
- Assist in payroll preparation and BPJS administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Handle general affairs matters (office facilities, assets, vendor coordination).
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HRGA or related role.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
