Job description for HRGA Intern at PT. Gosyen Solusindo Cemerlang
We are seeking a passionate and proactive HRGA Officer to support and enhance our Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
Qualifications:
○ Female, maximum 25 years old
○ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from a reputable university (preferred)
○ Preferable have an experience in HR and General Affairs's internship
○ Strong initiative with a proactive mindset
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
○ Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Key Responsibilities:
○ Support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks
○ Coordinate and implement internal communication and employee engagement programs
○ Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately
○ Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
○ Develop, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments
○ Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational efficiency
○ Manage General Affairs tasks including office maintenance, procurement of office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination
○ Ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment in collaboration with related departments
