Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee relations and performance management.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
