Job description for HRGA Executive at PT AQS Group Indonesia

Join Our Team as an HRGA Executive

PT AQS Group Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HRGA Executive to support HR operations, general affairs, employee administration, documentation control, and daily coordination in our manufacturing business.

About Us

PT AQS Group Indonesia is a foreign-owned charcoal factory built on more than 20 years of experience from its founding partners. We produce premium charcoal briquettes by combining Indonesia’s natural resources, strong operational standards, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage employee documents, HRIS updates, filing, and HR administration in compliance with company policy and UU PDP.

2. Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and official administrative documents accurately and on time.

3. Handle onboarding administration, employee ID cards, asset issuance, and internal system access.

4. Maintain attendance and leave records, and support payroll data preparation.

5. Coordinate general affairs matters, including office maintenance, vendors, supplies, PR/PO documents, and administrative support.

6. Manage internal communication access, shared tools, and employee administrative needs based on approval.

7. Support HR and related departments in claims, documentation, follow-up, and daily operational matters.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HRGA, HR Operations, or General Affairs.

3. Experience in employee documentation, attendance, payroll input, vendor coordination, and PR/PO process.

4. Experience in legal administration or corporate legal matters is preferred.

5. Experience using HRIS is preferred.

6. Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

8. Technology literate and familiar with digital tools or software.

9. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

10. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and able to follow up tasks properly.

11. Able to handle multitasking, operational pressure, and constant interruptions.

12. High confidentiality awareness, integrity, and ownership mindset.

13. Based in Semarang or Karanganyar
