Job Description
- HR Strategy & Organization Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies, and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational structure to align with business objectives.
- Talent & Performance Management: Manage the recruitment cycle, training and development programs, talent management, and performance evaluation, including rewards and disciplinary actions.
- Total Rewards: Coordinate payroll processes, compensation, and employee benefits based on job functions, performance, and company policies.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Manage Industrial Relations (IR), lead General Affairs (GA) operations, and strengthen the implementation of corporate values.
- Team Leadership: Lead, evaluate, and develop the HRGA team in daily operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manpower Cost Management: Partner with business leaders to control and optimize manpower budgets, driving operational efficiency without compromising business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with experience in a supervisory/ managerial position.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in HR management, both strategic and operational.
- Strong leadership skills to lead, evaluate, and develop the HRGA team.
- Experience in change management to ensure the successful implementation of improvement initiatives and work programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build strategic partnerships with internal and external parties.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Law) and other relevant government regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Placement : Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
