Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Menangani dan bertanggung jawab langsung terhadap proses Rekrutmen (Screening, Interview, Offering).
• Bertanggung jawab mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM, dalam hal yang termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan.
• Bertanggungjawab atas proses kinerja departemen HR GA
• Bertanggungjawab atas proses pendaftaran dan pembayaran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan.
• Membuat peraturan sesuai skope kerja HR GA dan monitoring pelaksanaannya.
• Bertanggungjawab atas pengadaan sarana - prasarana perusahaan, pendataan, pengelolaan, maintenance.
• Bertanggungjawab terkait dengan laporan bulanan HR GA.
• Bertanggungjawab menjaga lingkungan kerja aman dan kondusif.
• Penanganan hubungan industrial.
• Penanganan pekerjaan yang belum disebutkan sesuai skope kerja HR GA sesuai kepentingan dan kebutuhan perusahaan.
