HRGA Assistant (Human Resources & General Affairs)

Department: Human Resources & General Affairs

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Reports To: HRGA Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRGA Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources and General Affairs department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee administration, office management, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR and GA functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)

• Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HRIS records

• Support payroll administration, including attendance, overtime, and leave management

• Assist in BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and administration

• Support the implementation of company policies, regulations, and SOPs

• Assist in organizing training, development programs, and employee engagement activities

• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

• Support performance appraisal administration

General Affairs:

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of general office needs

• Coordinate maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and company assets

• Handle company licensing, permits, and legal document administration

• Manage vendor and supplier relationships (cleaning service, security, catering, etc.)

• Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees

• Support company events, meetings, and other corporate activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience: 3–5 years of working experience in HR & GA functions

• Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken); ability to speak other foreign languages is an advantage

• Certification: Holding HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, CHRM, BNSP HR Certification, or equivalent) is required

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and government regulations

• Familiar with BPJS administration, payroll systems, and HRIS software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

• Able to work independently as well as in a team, under minimum supervision

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Positive and supportive working environment
