Job description for HRGA & Opersanional at PT YYBESTARI VENTURA INDONESIA
General Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HRGA and/or Operational roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Familiar with General Affairs (GA) responsibilities, including asset management, vendor coordination, and office operations
- Fluent in English
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HR administration: employment contracts, attendance, basic payroll, and employee database management
- Experienced in managing daily company operations
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties (vendors, partners, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Familiar with Indonesian regulatory reporting and systems such as WLKP, LKPM, and Immigration processes
- Familiar with BPJS systems and administration (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, including SIPP & eDabu)
Note:
- Willing to work full-time onsite in PIK2
- Available to start immediately, no later than April 10, 2026
- The interview process will be conducted in English
