1. Pendidikan S1 SDM/psikolog/Hukum
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 th di level supervisor dibidangnya.
3. Mengerti dan mampu menjalankan administrasi BPJS, payroll, recruitmen dan pembagian pekerjaan
4. Mempunyai kemampuan membuat SOP
5. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu mendelegasikan tugas.
6. Memiliki koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik antar departemen.
7. Memiliki integritas.
8. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
