* Minimal pendidikan S1 jurusan relevan.

* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Human Resources..

* Memahami proses rekrutmen, seleksi, onboarding, dan pengembangan karyawan.

* Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia serta implementasinya di perusahaan.

* terbiasa mengerjakan administrasi HR, data karyawan, absensi, cuti, dan kontrak kerja.

* Memahami proses payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

* Memahami sistem penilaian kinerja (KPI/Performance Appraisal).

* Mampu menyusun dan mengimplementasikan SOP serta kebijakan perusahaan.

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

* Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, dan sistem HRIS (nilai tambah).

Jobdesc

* Mengelola proses rekrutmen mulai dari pemasangan lowongan, seleksi, wawancara, hingga onboarding karyawan baru.

* administrasi kepegawaian (data karyawan, kontrak kerja, absensi, cuti, dan surat-menyurat HR)

* Melakukan proses payroll, BPJS, dan kompensasi karyawan.

* Mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan SOP dan kebijakan HR yang berlaku di perusahaan.

* Mengelola dan memonitor sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan (KPI/Performance Appraisal).

* Menangani hubungan industrial serta memberikan solusi atas permasalahan ketenagakerjaan.

* Memberikan pembinaan, arahan, dan evaluasi kepada tim HR untuk meningkatkan kinerja departemen.

* Memastikan perusahaan mematuhi peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan regulasi pemerintah yang berlaku.

* Menyusun laporan HR secara berkala dan memberikan kepada Supervisor HRD.
