Requirements:
- Fluent in English/Mandarin.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of the entire HRD cycle (recruitment, administration, payroll, industrial relations).
- Thorough, disciplined, and responsible.
- Understanding of Employment Law.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting the recruitment process (vacancy posting, CV screening, interviews)
- Managing employee data (attendance, employment contracts, HRD administration)
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
- Managing BPJS (Social Security Agency) administration, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Handling employee relations.
- Assisting with employee training and development.
- Monitoring all General Affairs matters, including asset management, permits, office supplies, cleaning services, and security.
- Ensuring the implementation of Company policies, ensuring compliance with Company Regulations and the Labor Law.
