Requirements:
- Currently living in Bali and Indonesian Citizen.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, Management, Psychology, Administration, or a related field).
- Good understanding of BPJS Health and BPJS Employment.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Odoo) and Google Workspace.
- Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administration, such as employee data, attendance, and leave.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and others.
- Support the implementation of employee training and development activities.
- Handle other HR operational needs as required.
