Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process in accordance with manpower requirements and user requests.
- Support the timely fulfillment of workforce needs, ensuring candidates meet specific job requirements.
- Support employee movement, job rotations, and organizational workforce allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment contract administration, contract compliance monitoring, and workforce retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, including performance appraisals, and employee evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR Generalist Spv experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
- Familiar with HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
