Job Description :
- Responsible for the HR system
- Handle the recruitment process in F&B
- Make reports related to the General Manager & Owner
- Handle BPJS, Employee, WLKP, KITAS, etc.
Qualification :
- Minimal Bachelor's Degree in SDM or Psychology
- Proven Experience of minimum 2-3 years handling HR in Restaurant and Hotel
- Have experience of handling Pre-Opening (is a plus)
- Good in English
- Good personality
- Will be placed in Petitenget Bali
- Domicile Bali is a plus
