Job description for HRD STAFF (HR GENERALIST) at PT.DINAMIKA MAKMUR SENTOSA
- Conduct full-cycle of recruitment (from job posting until hiring)
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding process, and employee termination process
- Handle employee database, employee attedance, overtime, and benefits administration (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Psychoogy
- At least 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources (general HR)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have experience in Organization Development (OD)
- Able to manage BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and understand its policy
- Must have experience in recruitment process from end-to-end, including psychological test administration (DISC, Papi-Kostick, and Intellegency test)
- Understand the basic function of Microsoft Excel
- Having experience in logistic and transportation company will be a plus point
- Able to join ASAP
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Jababeka
