Qualification :
- S1 All Majors
- Minimum age 30 years
- Experienced as an HR Manager 3-4 years Mastering the HRIS system, employment law, BPJS, Payroll
- Understanding B2B Contracts
Job Description :
- Develop HR policies that suit company culture and strategy
- Design and supervise the implementation of the applicable KPI system
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of HR operations in the context of development company.
- Design and develop strategies for future HRD for the short, medium and long term
- Design a structure regarding career paths that are currently priorities the company, especially the engineers (systemize) area
- Implementing HRIS applications in HR operations in collaboration with experienced consultants (Talenta)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure field plant support runs well and fluent
- Creating a good and solid working environment within the company
