Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Melakukan proses seleksi dan rekrutmen karyawan
Mengelola database karyawan
Mengelola absensi dan kedisiplinan karyawan
Melakukan perhitungan payroll
Mengelola BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Membuat dan menyosialisasikan SOP Perusahaan
Melakukan perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan lulusan Psikologi, SDM atau yang relevan
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang HRD
Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
Dapat bekerja baik secara individu maupun tim

Lokasi Penempatan : Gedebage, Kota Bandung
