Job description for HRD Generalist at TOFFIN WEST JAVA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a background in psychology)
- Minimal 4 years experience as HR
- Familiar with recruitment end to end, personal admninistration and organization development
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, psychological test, selection, and onboarding
- Manage attendance records, BPJS, PPh21, employee commissions and other administrative duties assigned
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations
- Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Write reports on HR department activities and progress
