Job description for HRD ASSITANT MANAGER at Pt Delcoprima Pacific

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Hukum / Manajemen SDM
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang HRD, terutama di perusahaan manufaktur
  • Memahami proses recruitment, payroll, industrial relation, training, dan performance management
  • Menguasai peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan hubungan industrial
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office dan sistem HRIS
  • Tegas, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

Job Description:

  • Mengelola seluruh aktivitas Human Resources dan General Affairs
  • Mengawasi proses recruitment, onboarding, training, dan evaluasi karyawan
  • Mengontrol payroll, absensi, BPJS, dan administrasi ketenagakerjaan
  • Menangani hubungan industrial serta permasalahan karyawan
  • Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh departemen
  • Membuat laporan HR secara berkala kepada management
  • Mendukung terciptanya budaya kerja yang produktif dan kondusif
