About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRD & KPI Controller to join PT Roxy Prima Indoproducts in a full-time capacity based in Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. This is a strategic position within our Human Resources and Management division, playing a crucial role in overseeing human resources operations whilst maintaining rigorous control over key performance indicators across the organisation. You will be instrumental in ensuring alignment between our people management strategies and overall business objectives, whilst driving accountability and performance excellence throughout the company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and personnel file management
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, ensuring targets are met and performance standards are maintained
- Develop and implement KPI tracking systems and dashboards to provide real-time visibility of organisational performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to departmental heads on KPI achievement and areas for improvement
- Manage employee benefits programmes, payroll coordination, and compliance with labour regulations
- Design and deliver training programmes to support employee development and skill enhancement
- Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address shortcomings in individual and departmental performance
- Collaborate with senior management to establish realistic and measurable KPIs aligned with strategic business goals
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on HR metrics, employee engagement, and organisational performance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies across all HR functions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources management with demonstrated expertise in KPI monitoring and performance control
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with HRIS (Greatday) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement KPI frameworks, skill matrix, and performance management systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels
- Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certification in HR management or related fields would be advantageous
