Job description for HRD & GA at Mallolas Group
- Completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Human Resources and General Affairs.
- Comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
- Creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards.
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation needs.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities.
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
- Coordination with Supplier, Vendor (Building & Parking Management), and another External.
- Listing Inventory and all assets.
- Purchase Order and Purchase Report in every Office Supply.
- Control and Manage Daily Worker (DW) Flow.
- Maintenance Asset and Inventory.
- 2+ years relevant experience in Food & Beverage preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Law preferred
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Experience in screening, recruitment, training & development, and other Human Resources matters.
- Excellent people management in recruitment, training & development, coaching, conflict & performance management.
- Handling KPI & SOP development & monitoring
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Labor Law and government regulations.
- Good knowledge in BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Tenaga Kerja & PPH 21.
- Having a large database of supplier contact.
- Good at Administration, excellent at MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
