We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HRBP Support Specialist to support our client's HR Business Partner team in the logistics industry.
This role focuses on HR data management, performance analysis, reporting, and HR operational support. The ideal candidate is proficient in spreadsheets and data management tools, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate HR data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
Candidates with experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain, or fast-paced operational environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, HR reporting, HRBP support, or a related role.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytical tasks.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in North Jakarta.
