Job description for HRBP Operation Staff at PT. Dua Pendekar Ayam
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a sharp, people-first HRBP for Operation who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You won't be sitting behind a desk processing paperwork. You'll be on the ground — embedded with our operations team, understanding how the stores breathe, what keeps crew members motivated, and what gets in the way of peak performance. You'll translate the chaos of rapid expansion into structured HR processes that actually work.
This is a role where your work directly shapes the culture and capability of hundreds of people across Java. When we open a new store, you make sure it's staffed and ready. When a store underperforms, you're part of the solution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Walk-In Interview (WII) Coordination
- Organize and run structured Walk-In Interview sessions efficiently
- Coordinate scheduling with store operations and candidates
- Ensure a smooth, brand-consistent candidate experience from first contact to offer
🚀 Onboarding That Actually Sticks
- Execute onboarding programs that get new crew productive fast
- Coordinate with the training team to align onboarding with field realities
🏨 Accommodation & Logistics for Training and WII
- Arrange logistics for Walk-In Interviews and training needs — venue, meals, travel, accommodation
- Work closely with HRGA and relevant vendors to execute seamlessly
📊 Talent Data Management via Talenta
- Own all employee data in the Talenta HRIS — accuracy is non-negotiable
- Ensure all records are current: new hires, terminations, role changes, locations
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Hold a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field — you understand people, not just processes
- Have hands-on HR experience, especially in fast-paced operational or field environments
- Are comfortable navigating third-party relationships — vendors, coordinators, external partners — and can negotiate without losing the relationship
- Pick things up fast and aren't paralyzed by ambiguity — you figure it out
- Are based in or willing to relocate to Malang, and open to business travel as expansion demands
- Thrive in environments where things move faster than the org chart
Dikichi is scaling fast across Java. Every new city we enter, every store we open, every crew member we hire — it all runs through HR Operations. You're not support staff. You're infrastructure.
The people who join us now will help shape how we do things when we're at 50 stores, 100 stores. If you want to build something real from the inside — not just manage headcount, but actually architect how a growing brand handles its people — this is where you do it.
