Representing our client, a leading Indonesian glass manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong HR generalist experience in the manufacturing industry, who will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, strengthening organizational capability, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Lead end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, and General Affairs
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and people initiatives to support business and organizational needs
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to management and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Strong background in Human Resources, with expertise in Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Development
- Proven experience handling General Affairs within the manufacturing industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Manager, Organization Development, Talent Management, or other strategic HR roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Experience handling ISO certification processes is a plus
- This position is based in Surabaya
