As our HRBP Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to recruitment and exciting HR projects while working with our HRBP.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Assist performance management for employees.
- Help plan employer branding and engagement activities.
- Organize HR documentation and employee data.
- Create reports, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with various teams on HR-related inquiries.
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology or a related major.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about people and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, and CapCut (will be a plus).
