Job description :
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, and conduct interviews with reliable method and arrange interviews within shedule;
• Prepare job posting material, and recruit candidate through job portals, social media, etc;
• Responsible for onboarding new employees;
• Ensuring the office needs are met regularly and contract documents signed;
• Resolve daily administration issues, problems from employee and acting as a bridge between management and employees.
• At least 2 years of experience as a HRGA.
• GPA above 3.00, Fluent in English is a must; preferrably mandarin speaker HSK 5 above
• Passionate in tech and people;
• able to analyze data and make data-driven improvements
• Understands labor law
• Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
