We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client's clothing and textile manufacturing operations in Jepara, Central Java.
The ideal candidate has a strong HR background in the apparel, fashion, garment, or textile industry, preferably with previous experience at established companies such as UNIQLO, Adidas, Nike, or similar brands and manufacturers.
This role requires strong business partnering capabilities, a solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, and the ability to collaborate with production, technical, and quality teams to support business objectives and workforce effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or senior HR generalist position.
- Previous experience in the clothing, apparel, fashion, garment, or textile industry is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience at companies such as UNIQLO, Adidas, Nike, or comparable apparel brands and manufacturers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations.
- Experience in employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jepara, Central Java
