Job Description:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
- Coordination with Development Team to Develop and conduct employee relations training programs.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
- Partner with HRBP Head and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B./S.H.) from an accredited university.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in legal functions, particularly litigation, dispute resolution, corporate legal, or legal advisory. Experience in a manufacturing or multinational company is an advantage.
3. Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of civil law, criminal law, employment law, corporate law, contracts, licensing, and other regulations relevant to the Company’s business activities.
4. Litigation: Proven experience in handling and managing legal disputes, including legal notices/demand letters, mediation, negotiation, litigation, court proceedings, enforcement, and coordination with external counsel/law firms.
5. Non-Litigation: Ability to provide legal advice, conduct legal reviews, draft and review contracts, prepare legal opinions and legal memoranda, and provide legal support for the Company’s business activities.
6.Legal Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks and provide practical recommendations aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
7. Identify issues related to customer complaints and coordinate with superiors or relevant departments.
8. Gather customer insights on reasons for choosing paper packaging products.
9. Contract Management: Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring agreements and contracts with internal and external parties.
10. Regulatory Compliance: Ability to monitor and assess changes in laws and regulations that may impact the Company’s business and operational activities.
11. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills, with the ability to protect the Company’s legal interests while considering business objectives.
12. Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively coordinate with Management, HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, external counsel, government institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
13. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a legal team, provide direction and coaching, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of legal matters.
14. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
15. Analytical Skills: Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to develop recommendations based on legal facts and potential risks.
16. Professional Certification: Advocate certification/admission (PERADI or other recognized Indonesian advocate organization) is an advantage, particularly for a position with significant litigation responsibilities.
