Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners in implementing HR initiatives and strategies.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
- Help manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and data while adhering to company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with Headquarter to implement employee engagement initiatives and surveys to enhance workplace culture.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or systems (e.g., HRIS) is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
