We are searching for an HR Coordinator who can support the Talent team with:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary:
- Work Pass processing for client partners
- Human resources administration and business partnering for client partners
- Associate onboarding and HR-related tasks for Accela
Secondary:
- Talent acquisition support to the recruitment team
- Candidate sourcing and phone screening
- Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across required platforms
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Preferably has experience or education in HR/Recruitment or related field
- Fresh grads welcome
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Is a happy, positive person with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Is accountable and adopts a ‘business-owner work mentality
- Is detail-oriented and precise
- Discerning and discreet with the information
- Can be flexible and has the ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Has a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team
