Job description for HR Talent Acquisition Intern at Polygon Bikes

HR Talent Acquisition

RESPONSIBILITY

Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen résumés and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
Help organize employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
Gather employee feedback and assist in analyzing surveys (e.g., onboarding, engagement).
Assist in maintaining HR communication materials (newsletters, intranet content, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

Fresh Graduate / Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity (for employer branding & engagement activities).
Having basic knowledge of creative design is a plus.
