Job description for HR Support at PT Brawijaya Investama
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Secretary or a related field.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Support Staff / HR Administrator or similar role within the Hospital or Healthcare industry.
- Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment support, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, BPJS, employee insurance, HR operations, and Indonesian Manpower Regulations.
- Experience in supporting performance management processes, employee appraisal, and maintaining HR documentation is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
