Job Description
- Develop, review, and update Company Policies, SOPs, and HR Guidelines in accordance with applicable labor laws and the Company's operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain Company Culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives to support a positive and productive working environment.
- Translate company values and management directions into practical policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the implementation and compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing policies and recommend improvements based on operational needs and employee feedback.
- Handle and support HR operational processes, including attendance, leave, employee administration, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including Employee Handbook, employment-related policies, forms, and internal guidelines.
- Support the implementation of performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee evaluation processes.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR practices to identify potential compliance risks and operational gaps.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand business needs and develop appropriate HR policies and solutions.
- Support employee communication and socialization of new or revised company policies and procedures.
- Assist in HR projects and other initiatives related to organizational development and operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in HR Policy, HR Operations, Employee Relations, or Organizational Development.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience in developing and reviewing Company Policies, SOPs, Employee Handbooks, and HR documentation.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good understanding of company culture development and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets.
- English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced company, startup, retail, or F&B environment is an advantage.
