Job description for HR Supervisor at Ganesha Indonesia EPCM
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
. Recruit specialized engineering talent (Civil, Mechanical, BIM, Project
Managers) for both permanent and project-based roles.
. Align hiring schedules with new project wins and client timelines to ensure smooth site staffing.
. Track and maintain engineers' mandatory professional certifications (e.g.,
SKK/SKA, PII, HSE, software licenses).
. Organize technical upskilling and soft skills training based on project demands.
. Handle employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT) and NDAs required for client confidentiality.
. Ensure all HR policies comply with labor laws, overtime rules, and project- site allowances.
· Coordinate project-based and annual KPI performance appraisals.
· Oversee attendance, overtime, site mobilization fees, and allowances for payroll processing.
· Maintain accurate employee database records and deliver monthly HR metrics to management.
QUALIFICATION
. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
. 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
. Direct experience in engineering consulting, construction, EPC, or technical services is highly preferred.
. Deep understanding of local labor laws (Indonesian Labor Law / UU Cipta
Kerja), employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and site allowance regulations.
. Skill in managing fast-paced hiring timelines tied to project wins and tenders.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to handle employee relations between project sites and head office.
