Job description for HR Supervisor at Emtrade
Job Overview:
As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR operational aspects, including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, company policies, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team and management to ensure that HR strategies are effectively implemented to support the company's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and develop the HR team to optimize their performance.
2. Ensure an effective recruitment process and develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
3. Design and manage competency-based training programs to enhance employee skills.
4. Develop KPI-based evaluation systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Oversee organizational development strategies and ensure the implementation of company culture.
6. Manage salary structures, benefits, and employee welfare programs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
7. Ensure smooth HR administration processes, compliance with company policies and Indonesia labor law regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferred), Human Resource Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding in managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
4. Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
5. Experience in KPI development, policy-making, and performance appraisal systems.
6. Proficiency in HRIS and HR administrative systems.
7. Experience in talent management and employer branding is a plus.
