We represent our client, a trusted project supplier company specializing in lighting, audio-visual, fire alarm systems, and electrical solutions. With over two decades of experience, they deliver innovative and high-quality solutions tailored for various commercial and industrial projects. Their expertise covers integrated building technology systems designed to enhance functionality, efficiency, safety, and overall project performance.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Develop and implement training & development programs to improve employee performance and competencies.
* Monitor training effectiveness and support employee career development initiatives.
* Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations and government requirements.
* Review, update, and implement company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan) in accordance with applicable laws.
* Provide guidance to management and employees regarding HR policies, compliance, and employee relations matters.
* Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Compliance/Industrial Relations.
* Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan).
* Experienced in designing and delivering training programs.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
