Job Description :
• Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates on a timely basis through developing and executing recruiting plans.
• Guide the new join on the onboarding process.
• Maintain employee database, archive filling, update new join staff and remove resigned staff.
• Handle attendance, prepare and review monthly attendance.
• Collecting timesheet data and payroll information, preparing monthly payroll data according to the payroll deadline.
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules or regulations and addressing employee grievances.
Requirement :
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Prior working experience in talent acquisition for a minimum 1 year of experience
• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods and development process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
