Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab HR Staff

Menyusun dan mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan melalui berbagai media rekrutmen.

Melakukan pencarian kandidat (sourcing) melalui job portal, media sosial, database internal, dan sumber lainnya.

Menyeleksi CV dan dokumen pelamar sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan.

Melakukan screening awal kandidat melalui telepon atau wawancara pendahuluan.

Melakukan penginputan Data Payroll, Kontrak Kerja, dan administrasi ke HRDan.

Membantu proses onboarding awal bagi karyawan baru dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen administrasi.

Menyusun Laporan ke HRDan ke atasan langsung.

Menjaga Hubungan baik antar Dept dan antar Karyawan.

Kualifikasi :

Pengalaman minimal Intern/DW pada 6 bulan

Pendidikan Minimal S1 Hukum/Psikologi/Management

Memiliki ketelitian dan tegas

Memiliki komunikasi dan personality yg baik.

Dapat bekerja sama dengan Tim.
