We’re Hiring – HR Staff!

Join Docilworks and help us build a strong people-first culture.

What you’ll do:

- Handle HR admin & employee data (attendance, leave, contracts, probation, performance)

- Support monthly HR reporting

- Assist employees with HR inquiries & feedback

- Coordinate training & development

- Organize employee engagement activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field

- 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates welcome!)

- Good organizational & communication skills

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great team player
