- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Having at least 3 years working experience
- Good command in English
- Have good knowledge of social benefit (BPJSKes, BPJSTK)
- Having experience handle Tax pph 21 calculation and payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Honest, responsible and positive attitude
- Having attention to details
- Good knowledge in government regulation
- Familiar with Ms Office (Word, Excel)
