Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Law or Human Resources is preferred)
- Experienced as a Human Resources Staff
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Willing to be placed in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handle employment contracts, attendance, and leave records
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Set up, maintain, and update HR-related SOPs and regulations
- Manage and update HRIS
- Provide general HR administrative support
