HR Staff
We are seeking an HR Staff member with at least two years of experience who is proficient in recruitment processes, labor regulations, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment social security), and attendance management.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
HRGA Staff – Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
* **Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA or a similar position.**
* Strong understanding of **HR administration and General Affairs**.
* Experienced in handling employee administration, attendance, leave, payroll, BPJS, and employee records.
* Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
* Experienced in managing office facilities, inventory, vendors, and operational needs.
* Proficient in **Microsoft Office, especially Excel**.
* Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Able to **manage HRGA operations and handle multiple tasks effectively**.
