Bertanggung jawab terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia mencakup Administrasi Absensi, Lembur, pengelolaan data karyawan, rekrutmen, seleksi, performance appraisal, mutasi, rotasi, promosi dan demosi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM yang berkualitas.

Kualifikasi:

1. Min S-1 (diutamakan Psikologi/Manajemen SDM/Hukum)

2. Min 4 tahun pada bidang yang sama

3. Memahami alur proses rekrutmen/wawancara/training

4. Detail dan mahir menggunakan Mc. Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Xlookup, IF, Sumifs Dll)

5. Memahami HR Administration

6. Memahami proses Administrasi BPJS (Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan)

7. Dapat bergabung segera
