Job Qualification

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Manajemen SDM / Hukum / Administrasi Bisnis).
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam posisi HR, terutama yang menangani absensi & disiplin.
Tegas, disiplin tinggi, berani mengambil keputusan, dan mampu menghadapi karyawan lapangan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja sama dengan tim lapangan.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan lingkungan proyek.
Tidak mudah terpengaruh, objektif, dan bisa menjaga kerahasiaan informasi.
Paham dasar-dasar ketenagakerjaan dan aturan disiplin kerja.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel (rekap absensi, pivot, laporan).
Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan proyek dan siap lembur bila diperlukan.
