Job description for HR Staff Intenship at Pilates Re Bar

Job Description:
Handling end-to-end recruitment
Managing employee documents such as employment contracts, attendance records, and leaves.
Create and update SOP, Job Description, Organization Structure
Providing training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Evaluating employee performance, devising development plans, and providing feedback to improve employee performance.
Handling employee conflicts and issues in a professional and fair manner.
Promoting the company culture and creating a positive work climate to make employees feel comfortable and motivated in the workplace.
Possessing knowledge of HR policies and being able to provide advice and recommendations to management or other departments regarding HR matters.

Requirements:
Fresh Graduate or have an experience in related area at least 1 years.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment process, HR administrative and people development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, initiative and able to work independently.
Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
Understanding Performance Management System
Willing to mobile
