Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and HR administrative processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll administration, employee benefits, BPJS, and other HR-related matters.
- Support the development and improvement of HR policies, administrative procedures, and internal management systems.
- Perform other duties assigned by management and provide administrative support across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English is required; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS administration is preferred.
