Job description for HR Specialist at PT Gotion Indonesia Materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Law, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Familiar with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, performance management, and employee relations.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR administration procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Mandarin or English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Klapanunggal, Bogor.
