Job description for HR Senior Staff (On Site) at PT. Anzawara Satria
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER).
- Familiarity with labor laws, mining regulations, and government compliance.
- Hands-on experience in handling employee disputes, union relations, and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at Angsana, South Kalimantan mining site (Roster 8:2)
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Handle disputes, grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain positive labor relations.
- Ensure labor law compliance, maintain HR documentation, and generate reports.
